If you love a crisp, fresh wine to enjoy with friends on warm Summer days and nights, this is the wine for you. A favourite amongst the young and old alike, this wine will not disappoint. The fruit was sourced from Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley.
As the 2011 vintage was wet and cool, this wine has lovely freshness helped by the wine undergoing fermentation in stainless steel tank with regular lees stirring. The cool fermentation adds aromatics whilst the lees stirring adds a gentle creaminess to the wine. Citrus aromas dominate with a touch of passion fruit adding an extra dimension to the wine. The palate has freshness that makes it easy to drink. Enjoy through spring and summer and match with or without food.
