2023 SINGLE VINEYARD PINOT NOIR

The cool spring resulted in small bunches and berries, while the mild ripening conditions resulted in really bright red fruits.The wine is medium-bodied and packed with cherries, raspberries, and plum flavours. It's fragrant and poised. The acidity adds a crispness and freshness to the bright fruit, while the fine tannins add a silky mouthfeel. As with all great wines, patience and a cellar would help round out the wine, but a good decant well before imbibing would also work nicely.
