2024 SINGLE VINEYARD ROSÉ

Comprised of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 8% Shiraz, and all picked by hand before extracting the juice by whole bunch pressing. The wine spent 6 months in 500L barrels to come together with regular lees stirring to add an important (and food accompanying) savoury edge, as well as building texture while rounding out the palate and adding a silky, bright creamy mouthfeel.
