At Dominique Portet, we believe wine is best enjoyed the French way; with food, friends and a sense of occasion. The Bistro brings that spirit to life with seasonal dishes inspired by classic French cooking, designed to complement the wines grown just beyond the terrace. Whether it’s Cabernet and steak frites, Pinot Noir with duck, or Chardonnay and roast chicken, the aim is simple: balance, flavour and good company.
