Fermentation
Handpicked fruit was sorted berry by berry, then fermented cool to keep the wine fresh, fragrant and light on its feet. No new oak was used, allowing the purity of fruit and site to shine through.
Vineyards
From our Coldstream vineyard, grown on grey loams with broken sandstone soils and planted to the ENTAV 327 clone. Careful shoot thinning and early summer crop reduction balance the vines, allowing Cabernet Franc to ripen fully and deliver naturally intense, fragrant fruit.

ENTAV 327 — selected for its aromatic lift, fine tannin structure and ability to express the cool-climate character of our Coldstream site with clarity and precision.
Vintage
2025 delivered a season of quiet confidence. A mild winter gave way to a cool, even-tempered growing season with well-timed rainfall and warm, dry conditions through ripening. Cabernet Franc thrived, producing fruit of natural fragrance, fine structure and genuine Yarra Valley character.
