Fermentation
Handpicked fruit was gently pressed to capture purity and lift. The wine was fully matured in barrel, adding depth and savoury detail, while cool fermentation preserves its bright, refined and elegantly focused style.
Vineyards
Sourced entirely from our Coldstream vineyard, this single-site rosé reflects the vineyard’s bright fruit profile and natural freshness. The gentle slope and cool evenings shape a wine with clarity, lift and quiet sophistication.
Clones
Cabernet contributes structure and focus, with Merlot adding gentle curves and bright fruit. Together they create a rosé that feels refined, textural and quietly expressive.
Vintage
2025 season unfolded with a cool, wet spring before giving way to an intensely dry summer that accelerated ripening and concentrated flavour. The result was fruit bursting with brightness and aromatic lift, while the Yarra Valley’s cool nights maintained the freshness, balance and elegance that define our style.
