Pale copper-rose with a luminous clarity. The nose is composed and layered — red cherry, dried rose petal and blood orange, with a subtle savoury undercurrent from its time in barrel. The palate is textural and precise, with fine-grained weight, a thread of mineral tension and a long, poised finish that lingers well beyond the glass. A rosé that rewards attention.
Fermentation
Handpicked fruit was gently pressed to capture purity and lift. Full barrel maturation adds depth, savoury complexity and a quiet richness that sets this wine apart from lighter rosé styles. Cool fermentation preserves the vintage's natural brightness, while extended lees contact builds texture and a seamless, elegant finish.

2026 unfolded with a cool, wet spring that built strong vine reserves before giving way to a warm, dry summer of steady, unhurried ripening. At our Coldstream single vineyard, the season's cool nights slowed the final stages of ripening, concentrating flavour and preserving the natural acidity and structural precision that set this site apart.
