Profile
A lively pink, radiant and inviting. Aromas of rose petal, wild strawberry and citrus blossom are underpinned by hints of fresh pastry. The palate is graceful and poised, with red berry fruit lifted by fine acidity and a silken mousse.
Fermentation
55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, handpicked and crafted in the traditional method. After secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine spent a minimum of 24 months resting on lees in our cool cellars before disgorgement and a gentle dosage of 5g/L.
Vineyards
The Upper Yarra is the source of this Brut Rosé NV, a sub-region celebrated for its altitude, cool nights and long, even ripening season. Grown at 250 metres, on 25-year-old vines, the fruit develops with remarkable clarity and finesse.
Clones
MV6 Pinot Noir for fragrance and shape, blended with I10V5 Chardonnay for finesse, brightness and mineral drive.
Vintage
Non Vintage - Anchored by the 2023 vintage, a year that gave wines of freshness, clarity and poise. To this, 15% reserve wines have been woven in, reaching back a decade to 2013, adding layers of complexity and quiet maturity.
